A 19-year-old has gone viral after a video emerged of his romantic proposal to his girlfriend - who is 76-years-old. Giuseppe D'Anna proposed to the woman, who is 56-years his senior, and has not been identified, in a video shared on TikTok. In the clip, that's been viewed almost 18 million times, the teenager can be seen getting down on one knee, as more than a dozen balloons in the shape of a heart hover above the couple from Italy. He then plants a kiss on her lips, proving true love has no age.

The caption on the video reads, "La nostra promessa'', which in English translates to, ''our promise''. The next snap revealed an adorable photo of the two, with Giuseppe wearing what appeared to be a gold chain and the bride-to-be holding a rose. The 19-year-old, who's amassed close to 190,000 fans on TikTok, also shared an image of a stunning ring. ''And this is only the beginning of a long series,'' he wrote. People commenting on the video couldn't quite believe it, "no way" wrote one. "Oh, hell nah," another wrote.
