Australian news programme 60-Minutes recently commissioned animator Duncan Elms to create this brilliant - but absolutely f**king terrifying - clip explaining why sitting for long periods of time could put you in an early grave. Research has found that spending all day seated at your desk leads to increased risk of weight gain, back pain, neck problems and heart disease.
