British eccentric invents flying machine made out of 54 drones (Video)

It's men like this that put the great in Britain. Maverick daredevils wasting time and money to get an inch off the ground - brilliant.
This here is gasturbine101 who has - for reasons unknown - decided to combine the power of 54 drones to produce a new form of air travel - as long as you're happen moving about a yard. It has the power to last about 10 minutes in the air (or attempting to get in the air) and cost a cool £6,000 to build. As the inventor/pilot explains: "Just a bit of fun for myself, never intended for making a significant journey or flying much above head height."
