We imagine that's what the conversation went like in the officers mess at this US Army academy just before they let 1,000 cadets loose with a load of cushions.
It looks like the traditional 'plebe pillow fight' at the elite West Point military academy started off as a bit of friendly fun - and it does look bloody fun.
But it turned into a bloodbath pretty quickly when some cadets started putting heavy objects in their pillows.
30 young soldiers were wounded in the fracas - with one lad suffering a broken leg, and others dislocating shoulders and treated for concussion.
These Americans don't do things by halves...even pillow fights.
