Genius teenage son dresses up as his mum to get served alcohol

It worked like an absolute charm...

Ben Kenyon

When you were younger you’d try anything to get served for alcohol. Literally anything.

You probably tried to grow a moustache, took a dummy set of car keys with you so you looked old enough to drive or even applied for some proper authentic-looking fake ID like McLovin from the film Superbad.

But nothing can beat the lengths that this underage teenager in Scotland went to, to get his hands on some booze.

Obviously we’d never advocate underage drinking, now that we’re older and more mature and stuff. Obviously.

But this is such a brilliant and bizarre stroke of genius that it must be commended for its jaw-dropping audacity. We’ve certainly never seen it done and we know every trick in the book.

Twitter user yung azz posted pictures of his friend attempting to get served…by dressing up as his mum and craftily using her work ID to seal the deal.

We’re not sure whether the cashier sold him the drink out of pity or whether he pretended to have no voice, but it can’t be denied that THAT is dedication. Fair play.
