Ah, the shower beer. Is there anything quite like it?
We've already ruminated about the greatest thing since sliced shower bread, but until now we had to improvise with existing beers and potentially non-compatible showers. And does anyone really have time for that?
It seems Fredrik Tunedal has had one too many shower beer inadequacy, as the Swedish brewer has decided to create a beer which supposedly complements the shower environment.
Some beers are perfect for drinking on their own, others go well with food. This one is apparently the perfect accompaniment to occasional mouthfuls of soapy water when you're not paying attention.

Now, let us point out that Tunedal is a man who admitted to
Mashable that his wife calls him 'Mr Malty Pants', so if anyone's an expert on this subject then it's surely him.
"I made the Shower Beer small enough to keep its temperature during the shower, and strong enough to mentally wash your workday off and get ready for a fresh night out," he explained.
The drink itself, from
PangPang Brewery and
Snask, is small yet potent - 10% ABV in a bottle that's smaller than your standard stubby - and it is described as having "a citrussy, soapy, and somewhat herbal profile".
Yes, that's right, soapy.
"In some beers [the soapy flavour] is considered an off flavour, but is just on-point for the Shower Beer," Tunedal claims.
However he also claims it can double up as a conditioner, so we're not really sure what to believe.
