KFC offers all-you-can-eat chicken to celebrate the Colonel’s birthday

You'd better book your flights now...

If you’ve ever fancied visiting Japan, then now’s your chance.

There’s something very special going on in the Asian nation on September 9.

The whole country (or at least fried chicken fans) will be celebrating Colonel Sanders’ birthday.

Japanese KFC restaurants are offering customers all-you-can-eat fried chicken to mark this special day of the great man who gave the world chicken covered in his secret blend of herbs and spices.

The Japanese call it Uncle Kentucky, and in truly avuncular fashion they’re being treated to as much original recipe chicken in 45 minutes as their bellies can handle…for less than £10.

Bottomless drinks and fries are also being thrown in with this once-in-a-lifetime deal – and for some reason, free desserts for women.

Hands up who’s starting the e-Petition to get this happening over here in Britain? If not we’ll see you on the next flight.
