Jocelyne Wildenstein continues to claim she has never had cosmetic surgery, despite her visual appearance suggesting otherwise.
The Swiss socialite has even been dubbed 'Catwoman' in the media for her feline appearance and even her own Wikipedia page says she is famous for her cosmetic work.
However, in an interview with The Sun, the 84-year-old from Lausanne claimed she has never gone under the knife.
Wildenstein rose to prominence after her heavily publicised marriage and later divorce from Franco-American billionaire Alec Wildenstein.
During their divorce proceedings, the judge even reportedly banned Wildenstein from getting plastic surgery with the money she was awarded from the divorce, People reports.
However, the high-flyer still denies ever having cosmetic surgery, even claiming in the past that people have doctored images of her.
Talking to The Sun Wildenstein said: "I haven't had plastic surgery."
She even argued that she was "scared of what can happen" during these procedures, adding that she doesn't even "like the Botox" and has "only" had it "twice".
"Everyone has a different reaction to it," she continued.
"I don’t know if I am allergic, but when I had it, it did not go well with me. It was not a good result.
"My face swelled up. If they [other women] want to do it too strong, it doesn’t work well."
She also denied ever having fillers after noting her friends were not happy with theirs.
Wildenstein did eventually admit to having "small surgery" done, but she said she did not count it as plastic surgery, having a "light peel" which "prevents the wrinkles later on".
However, she continued: "I had on the eyebrow a little lift, on the top of the eyebrow. Each time it is a small rectification. You can do more if you like it, or not if you think it is too much. It’s a small surgery.
"It keeps up a little refreshment in your eye. It’s been quite a while since I had it done though - six or seven years."
Ultimately, according to Wildenstein, it all depends on what you count as plastic surgery.
