This simple brainteaser has fooled so many people online

The internet loves a good head-scratcher.

Millions of us were left perplexed by an optical illusion meme if a wall that was shared across the internet.

We were genuinely staring at our computers for five minutes trying to figure out what the hell it was.

Now the internet has thrown up another conundrum that is wrong-footing a lot of people.

We were kicking ourselves when we got the answer – and it turns out we weren’t the only ones fooled by it. It was shared almost 400,000 times.

Antley Lamont Staten posed a maths puzzle to people on Facebook asking everyone to share if they can find out what’s wrong.

He shared it with the status ‘Ok I don’t get it?’.

But while everyone was fixated on figuring out the number sequence in the matrix on the right, they were missing the answer staring them in the face.

It’s so devilishly simple…
