The Church of England is to offer church blessings to same-sex couples in civil marriages, according to reports.
The Guardian reported on Thursday that the church has changed its stance on homosexuality following an historic vote by its governing body.
The newspaper said the vote took place after an eight-hour debate, and was passed 250 votes to 181.
