22-year-old airline passenger Maxwell Berry was arrested after his flight to Miami for groping flight attendants, punching another, and being an all-around idiot during the flight. During a Frontier Airlines flight, Norwalk, Ohio native had two drinks, then spilt the third on his shirt. After cleaning himself up in the restroom, he then appeared shirtless and roamed around the cabin. Flight attendants helped him get another shirt from his carry-on, he walked around the plane for 15 minutes before groping the chests of several women on the flight crew. When a male flight attendant went to supervise Mr Berry, he was reportedly assaulted. A Frontier Airlines spokesperson told the ABC representative:

“During a flight from Philadelphia to Miami on July 31, a passenger made inappropriate physical contact with a flight attendant and subsequently physically assaulted another flight attendant. As a result, the passenger needed to be restrained until the flight landed in Miami and law enforcement arrived,” the spokesperson said. “The flight attendants will be, as required in such circumstances, relieved of flying pending completion of an investigation.”

“He was starting to get aggressive and basically attacked the male flight attendant,” said a passenger on the flight. "Frontier is investigating the flight attendants bc the "proper policies" for restraining the passenger weren't followed. Idk, taping his ass and mouth to ensure the physical safety of the workers and other passengers (especially following his assaults) seems pretty proper to me," wrote a Twitter user. Mr Berry was reportedly taken to jail, but if his family is really worth that much, he will surely be out in no time.
