All of the surrogate children arrived within 18 months

A young woman who “dreamed” about having a big family, has achieved exactly that.

At just 24, Christina Ozturk has helped bring 22 children into the world, and she wants more.

Christina, who is originally from Russia, gave birth naturally to her first-born daughter when she was 17, but since then has amassed 21 further babies through surrogacy, the Daily Mail reports.

After meeting her husband, Galip, while on holiday in Georgia, the pair discovered their shared desire to have a big brood. The Sun reports that Galip, 57, is a millionaire businessman.

They now live in Batumi, the second-largest city in Georgia, and have 16 live-in nannies.

The couple, according to the Mail, had originally planned to have one baby each year but realised they could not keep pace with their baby-making goals, so opted for surrogacy.

Christina says she’s paid around £138,000 to surrogates to have her children, who all arrived within the space of 18 months.

She said: “I’ve dreamed about this since childhood. My husband also dreamed about having a big, happy family. “So after we met, we started to put our dream into action.

“Our romantic relationship has changed but then our whole lives have changed, not just the romantic part. I’m not sure if we will be the biggest family in the world, but we are planning to be the happiest family in the world for sure.”

But raising a big family doesn’t come cheap. The couple spends around £3,500 on essentials for their children and the nannies get £350 a week.

Christina says she doesn’t feel like she missed out on anything by having children via surrogates and by having such a big family so young.
