Martin became visibly emotional during Joel's act of kindness, bowing his head and wiping away his tears. Martin shared the video on social media, and it was not long until the clip went viral. On TikTok, the video has received more than 2.3 million likes and over 27,000 comments. He then took to Instagram to explain what happened during the clip. He wrote: "'You are not alone' - those were the words of my great friend and co-worker immediately after he shaved his head, telling me that until my hair grew back, he was going to continue shaving with me. "For those who do not know him @imjooeel is not just a co-worker, he is like a brother to me. I love you bro." People have reacted positively to the barber's touching story that he shared online.
