The cheapest price for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II

The first reviews for Kingdom Come: Deliverance II have arrived after the game went on sale today.

The medieval action RPG, which places the player in 15th century Europe, is the second in the franchise and promises to be a huge hit thanks to its intricate detail, fun melee-based combat system and sprawling political landscapes.

Described as a spiritual successor to the likes of The Witcher 1 and 2, the game is a slow-paced, historically accurate RPG with a unique atmosphere and fans have flocked to pick up a ‘Week One’ special edition copy on launch day.

The cheapest you can get Kingdom Come Deliverance II for PC is at CD Keys where the game is priced at £37.99, which is already discounted by £12 on the launch price.

There are fewer discounts for the PS5 version of the game and the best price at the time of writing is at HMV Online for £52.

The first reviews of the game suggest those who invest will not be disappointed. Eurogamer says: “This gorgeous medieval RPG continues to be just as divisive, prickly and abrasive as its predecessor.”

Multiplayer First says: “Warhorse Studios has delivered a worthy sequel and set a new benchmark for what medieval RPGs can achieve. It’s clear that they’re not just creating a game—they’re crafting an experience that invites players to lose themselves in a rich, detailed world that never feels like anything less than a living, breathing testament to the past.”

Reviews have described the game as an early contender for Game of the Year.

Kingdom Come: Deliverance II is not the only new game launch coming in February. Sid Meier’s Civilisation 7 will launch on 6 February with the PS5 Deluxe edition priced at £79.99. It will also be available on PC.

Fun fantasy-style 3D puzzler The Plucky Squire Deluxe will be released on 21 February across Nintendo Switch, PS5 and PC platforms.
