We know: we had you at elasticated waistbands. Though this is surely the kind of job most people would do for free - consuming non-stop food and cocktails is a pretty good gig in itself if you ask us - you will also be paid £1,000 for your 'efforts'. Mint. Bottomless brunch is still a relatively recent advent in the UK but with so many having popped up in the past few years, Psydro are now looking to compile a list of the "Top 100 Bottomless Brunches" across the nation. To be honest, plenty of us are usually bottomless by the end of them anyway - where do we sign up? Of course, it isn't all just fun and games - there is some work involved: the ten testers will be review each offering based on everything from the service, quality of food and the menu itself, to the execution of dishes/drinks, environment factors, and the overall experience.
