Cider drinkers have flocked to social media to share their thoughts on the new branding

Strongbow has launched a new hotline dedicated to fans who are struggling to cope with its new branding.

After bidding goodbye to its iconic black and gold colours for the first time since 1960, the cider brand’s recent modern makeover has divided the nation – with hundreds of fans flocking to social media to share their reactions.

There has even been an outpouring of people calling for the old design to be reinstated.

In a bid to help its regulars adapt to life with the new branding, Strongbow has launched a hotline to demonstrate how change can be a good thing.

Members of the public can now call a dedicated number where Strongbow will provide softly spoken advice on how to embrace change and welcome the new design with open arms.

The hotline will even let you leave a voicemail to get any negative feelings off your chest, so you can enjoy your new style Strongbow with a clear mind.

Marketing Director, Rachel Holms, says: ā€œAt Strongbow, we care deeply about the happiness of our loyal fans. We want to make sure that everyone who has been with us from the beginning, can feel positive about this change and continue on our journey with us.

“Thatā€™s why we created the Strongbow Hotline. We are in our transformation era, and weā€™re excited about it. But if you need a little more persuading, you know what to doā€.

So, what are you waiting for? Call 020 8157 9593 at your standard network rate now. The line is open round the clock for one whole month, so whether youā€™re looking to vent, or to listen to the soothing sound of Strongbow, call whenever youā€™re ready. Strongbow will be here for you.

If you choose to leave a voicemail, please note it will be recorded and they may call you back to chat some more (or they might not, who knows?). So, make sure to stay by the phone.
