VIDEO: This American man bullied about his weight lost 160lbs and got ripped
There are few body transformation stories that can top this.
American Austin Shifflett was bullied at school about his weight.
The 23-stone teenager, who lived on a diet of junk food and fizzy drinks, was called 'fat boy' by people who picked on him at school.
The poor lad had such a bad time he skipped lessons and got himself in trouble with the courts for truancy in Charlottesville, Virginia, where he lives.
Austin, who is now 22, decided enough was enough and ditched the junk food and started exercising.
He did the Atkins diet (your mum will tell you that's pretty much just meat, fats and very low carbs) - losing 9lbs in his first week.
Added to this he would sneak into the gym at night to train, and 10 months into his transformation he'd lost 156lbs.
Cleaning up his diet helped him lose a ridiculous 11st and 8lbs in just 12 months. That's a mind-boggling amount of weight in anyone's books.

Now he looks completely different, he exercises twice a day and loves running.
The delicious irony of it all is the guys that picked on him now ask Austin for workout tips.
"It changed my life in a lot of ways," he told the Daily Mirror. "I was really shy before so it has helped with my confidence levels.
"It's really helped with dating and girls too. Before they wouldn't even talk to me.
"Now some of the people that bullied me now message me for tips, that's one of the best things."
This is what he looks like now....
