This is a man who has never skipped leg day.

As an international rugby sevens player, Ed Jenkins has to keep himself in top shape all year round. While you might think that running around on a rugby pitch would be enough of a workout for most men, the Australian captain is not most men as he showed us all in a recent workout. Jenkins displayed the hamstrings of a god as he performed a Michael Jackson-esque lean so impressive that we think we pulled a muscle just writing about it. Think you can do this?
