We know footballers are a fit bunch, what with all the training they do and their carefully planned diets.
But Aston Villa youngster Adama Traore is taking things to new extremes. The 19-year-old summer signing from Barcelona - who could be in line for a huge pay rise - was pictured in this Instagram post by teammate Carles Gil. As you can see, he's looking pretty ripped.
