There's a good chance that Thomas Russell is in better shape than you or your loved ones, though. JOE reader John Halpin sent in this wonderful clip of the 85-year-old, originally from Scotland, but living in Co Kerry, Ireland for the last 40 years, owning the table tennis... eh, table. John explained: "I know Thomas from the gym that I work in, he still comes in every morning. He is an inspiration to us all." Indeed.
