Matthew Pritchard rose to prominence as one of the stars of MTV's Dirty Sanchez. He abused his body for years as part of the television show and their subsequent live tours.
Now he’s a drug-free, vegan endurance athlete who spends his days cooking beautiful meat-free meals and running up Welsh mountains.
JOE's Alex Roberts traveled to Wales to meet the man himself and discuss his new lifestyle, how much his life has changed, and why living plant-based is best.
