Chris Hemsworth is heading to New Jersey
Another notable name has been added to Kevin Smith’s Jay and Silent Bob remake: Thor himself, Chris Hemsworth.

Hemsworth posted an image of him and Smith together announcing his involvement.

Chris Hemsworth is, of course, next due on our screens in a little film called Avengers: Endgame – maybe you’ve heard of it.
Kevin Smith is bringing back his iconic duo, played by him and his real-life childhood friend Jason Mewes, in a reboot rather succinctly titled Jay and Silent Reboot.
Jay and Silent Bob first appeared all the way back in Smith’s debut film Clerks in 1994. The duo returned for next four movies – culminating in their own picture, Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back.
Despite that film intending to be the end of their saga, they would return once again for the belated Clerks II in 2006.
Outside of Smith’s movies, Jay and Silent Bob also made appearances in the Clerks comic books and animated series, and cameoed in Scream III.
Several stars of Smith’sprevious films are set to appear reprising their old roles, including Shannon Elizabeth, Brian O’Halloran, Jason Lee and Joey Lauren Adams.
Chris Hemsworth isn’t the only big name to be making a cameo in the film – Method Man, Redman, Chris Jericho, Fred Armisen, Rosario Dawson, Justin Long, Jason Biggs and James Van Der Beek have all been confirmed to be popping up in it.
