A naked Bella Hadid just had a dress sprayed onto her then strutted the catwalk in it

‘By far the most interesting part’ of Paris Fashion Week

Bella Hadid put on an absolutely show-stopping performance at Paris Fashion Week on Friday, having a dress spray painted onto her body, then rocking it down the catwalk moments later.

The 25-year-old strutted onto the runway in a white thong and matching kitten heals for Parisian ready-to-wear and accessories brand, Coperni, before her outfit appeared one paint spray at a time.

Hadid stood perfectly still and moved through a series of subtle poses to allow the painters to slowly spray her body from shin to shoulder. Slowly a chic figure hugging slip dress, with an off the shoulder neckline, was revealed before the thick layers were cut away to create a thigh-high split.

Vogue said the specialist painters were led by Dr Manel Torres, managing director of Fabrican Ltd and inventor of the spray-on fabric.

“We wanted to dedicate this moment to Dr Torres, because we respect what he does so much,” Coperni co-founder, Arnaud Vaillant, told Vogue.

“We felt that it was absolutely necessary that he led the performance – to us, that makes the experience even more magical.”

Once completed, Hadid strutted the runway, seemingly with no concern about her dress disintegrating.

As one person on social media commented: “Can you imagine the pressure not ruining the dress while it’s wet and everyone (sic) watching.”

Hadid stunned the crowd, the front-row of which included Kylie Jenner who captured the entire moment on video.

The make-up mogul, 25, proudly shared clips to her Instagram Stories as she witnessed the event alongside the likes of Alexa Chung and model Sita Abellán.

Coperni is a Parisian ready-to-wear and accessories brand designed by Sébastien Meyer and Arnaud Vaillant, established in 2013.
