Woman catches boyfriend cheating thanks to unusual Fitbit activity

Celebs Go Dating star Nadia Essex revealed the stunning story on TikTok (where else?), replying to a video that asked people to share when they knew a relationship was over. In the video, which has amassed over 450,000 views and over 50,000 likes, TV personality and dating expert Essex describes how it was a certain suspicious notification that blew her partner's cover. Her boyfriend had come home from a night out and the next morning, as Nadia decided to make some breakfast, she got a notification showing that between 2am and 3am he had "burnt over 500 calories." Unsurprisingly, she says that she shoved the breakfast "where the sun don't shine."

As with most things on social media, the comments are the first place to go on this one. Some innocent-minded folk wondered whether there was perhaps a simpler explanation, such as some enthusiastic dancing in da club. Other users took note, commenting that they were going to immediately buy a Fitbit and sync it to their partner's, or that they were going to purchase one "ASAP." We'll leave the final word to one user though, who voiced the concerns of many by simply commenting "500 calories where the hell am I going wrong," followed by a string of laughing crying emojis.
