One of the sex surrogates from Channel 4's Virgin Island explained what happens when he is not attracted to a client.
There are only two episodes of the show remaining, as the 12 adult virgins who participate in the show edge closer to finally having sex.
However, fans have had a lot of questions for some of the surrogates on the show, gievn the nature of their work.
One of these surrogates, Andre Lazarus, appeared on This Morning to answer a question that has been on several viewers' minds.
Host Ben Sherman asked: "Physically, there has to be something that happens to a man if it’s going to go further as well – how do you manage that, Andre?
"If you’ve got a client that perhaps you aren’t sexually attracted to but wants to take that further?"
Lazarus replied: "Physically, I would say that as a man, we don’t have to have all of our body parts working in order to form intimate connection.
"Or in order to have physical intimacy be something that feels good in our body."
He added that it is a "common misconception that we’re supposed to have that."
Lazarus continued: "Really, what we can do is tune into our body.
"And say, ‘I’m enjoying touch, I’m enjoying hugging, I’m enjoying kissing.’
"That can be an intimate moment and then that takes us out of our head which allows the rest of our body to come online."
He was also asked about how surrogates manage to separate the emotional from the physical.
Lazarus explained: "We don't try to keep them separate, we really want that to be part of the process.
"I don't find it to be difficult, but I definitely understand how it could be.
"I learn as much from my clients as they do from me... The more we form attachments with our clients, the more they're ready for the real world."
