Given the fact that Deadpool revitalised the comic-book genre and made a heap of money at the box-office, all eyes will be on the sequel to see if it can execute the perfect superhero landing in cinemas, or will it smell like old lady pants?
The Merc with a Mouth is back and this time he’s got one of the co-directors of John Wick directing behind the camera.
That’s not all because Josh Brolin (Cable), Zazie Beetz (Domino) are there for company along with his old gang of Morena Baccarin (Vanessa), T.J. Miller (Weasel), Brianna Hildebrand (Negasonic Teenage Warhead), Stefan Kapicic (Colossus), Leslie Uggams (Blind Al) and Karan Soni (Dopinder).
We especially loved the shot of Jullian Dennison (Hunt for the Wilderpeople) looking like a teenage pyromaniac.
At present, Deadpool 2 is set for release on June 1st, 2018.
After watching this trailer, you’ll be delighted to see the film is just as messed up as the first.
