Gogglebox's Pete Sandiford married his girlfriend Paige Yeomans in a secret ceremony, with the star confirming the news at Thursday night's National Television Awards.

The Mirror shortly after telling the publication he had become a dad for the first time after Paige gave birth to a baby boy.

Pete told
OK!: "I'm married now! It was nerve-wracking but the best day of my life. Well, second-best day as I’m a dad now, too.
"I'm buzzing [to be at the NTAs] as I got a full night's sleep in a hotel so I'm well happy."
