Her partner had confirmed her death earlier on Monday
Actress Tanya Roberts is still alive, her representative has confirmed, after widespread reports of her death on Monday.
Reports had claimed that Roberts, who is best known for her roles in Charlie's Angels, A View to Kill, and That '70s Show, had felt unwell on Christmas Eve after returning home from a walk with her dogs.
She collapsed and was hospitalised at Cedars Sinai Medical Center, where she was placed on a ventilator. Both her partner, Lance O'Brien, and representative appeared to confirm her death at the time.
The news that she was in fact still alive came through to O'Brien when he was in the middle of an interview with American TV show Inside Edition, when he received a call with the incredible news.
“Now, you are telling me she’s alive?” O’Brien can be heard saying in reaction to the news, before breaking down in tears.
“The hospital is telling me she is alive. They are calling me from the ICU team,” he said.
