Stephen Graham looks incredible in the first images from new Disney+ series from the creator of Peaky Blinders Steven Knight.
A Thousand Blows is set to be a Victorian British boxing drama, which tells the story of Hezekiah Moscow (Malachi Kirby) and and his entanglements with the Forty Elephants.
The Forty Elephants were a notorious female crime syndicate in London in the 19th to 20th century, who specialised in shoplifting.
Erin Doherty stars as the gang's leader, with Hannah Walters, Darci Shaw and Nadia Albina also starring.
The story follows Graham's character Sugar Goodson coming up against Hezekiah strike up a rivalry that transcends the world of the boxing scene.
Series creator Knight said: "The love and care that went into this thrilling production is evident on screen from the first moment.
"What makes the story we tell all the more compelling is that it is based on the lives of real people who lived extraordinary lives in extraordinary times.”
In the first look at the new show, fans have been left taken aback by Graham's transformation into the role.
"Stephen Graham is one of the best actors of our time, ridiculously underrated. That is all," one person wrote in response to the new image.
A second wrote: "Stephen Graham is brilliant. I'll definitely be watching."
While a third put: "You had me at Stephen Graham..."
A fourth penned: "A show by Steven Knight on Disney+ starring Stephen Graham looking like Bane Tom Hardy Jr?!?! Sign me up!"
The series is set to hit UK screens in 2025, and will be available to stream on Disney+.
