If there's one person who isn't afraid of offending everyone in the room - including his employers - it's Ricky Gervais.

The comedian - who let rip on the room as host of the recent Grammy Awards - is urging Chris Rock to take no prisoners when he presents the upcoming Oscars. Rock, 50, is under pressure to boycott the bash after the Academy was slammed for a lack of diversity in the nomination list for next month's ceremony - but Gervais has urged him to use the live platform to his advantage. https://twitter.com/rickygervais/status/689377675949899777 His tweet comes hours after it was revealed Spike Lee and Jada Pinkett Smith have declined their invites to attend the ceremony.
