The documentary focuses on the "real story" of a high school prank that left twenty-seven cars vandalised with pictures of penises drawn all over them. Scandal, lies, and mystery surround this "horrific crime" as the new student Peter Maldonado tries to uncover one important truth, who drew the dicks?
