The contestant became a little ‘too excited’ too quickly
A contestant on Naked Attraction had to be escorted off set after he became “too excited” during a live recording.
Anna Richardson has been the host of the popular show ever since it first aired in 2016 and throughout the 10 series’ she has been a part of, Richardson has seen it all.
Speaking on the Andy Jaye podcast back in 2021, Richardson opened up on some of the secrets of the Channel 4 show and didn’t shy away when it came to the details.
Richardson revealed that one of the most important things to the contestants is the temperature of the room.
For the men, they want it one way, but for the women, they want the opposite, as Richardson explained.
“The boys always want the studio to be warm, and they’re all doing that crafty tug behind the pods because they want their manhood to look their very best,” she said.
“They’re always fiddling and touching… whereas the girls want the studio to be freezing because they want their boobs to look their very best.”
While there are some elements of the show that can be controlled, there are others that can’t be and it is down to the contestants to test their resolve and avoid any embarrassing moments.
Unfortunately, for one contestant, he was unable to do so and had to be taken out of the studio to “calm down”.
“We did have a couple of seasons ago, there was a young man who I think might have been in the pink pod and he was getting a little bit excited about what was about to happen,” Richardson added.
“So our lovely floor manager, Dave the floor manager, had to go ‘come on’ and just had to escort him off the floor for a little while, just to calm down. And then he was brought back onto set.”
“It all happens. Boys being boys – you can’t control your anatomy, can you? So, there’s been a little bit of excitement.”
