Lily Allen has admitted she makes more money from selling pictures of her feet than she does from her music.
Allen, 39, joined OnlyFans back in July and started selling photos of her feet for $10 (£8) a month.
The Smile singer first floated the idea of setting up an OnlyFans account on her podcast Miss Me? but shortly after she launched FTSE500.
Allen faced criticism when she shared a post about her content on X.
It all kicked off again when Allen reminded fans about her OnlyFans platform, writing: "Haven't posted in a while but you can still check out the archive."
But one follower responded: "Imagine being one of the biggest pop stars/musicians in Europe and then being reduced to this."
The 39-year-old was quick to defend herself saying: "Imagine being an artist and having nearly 8 million monthly listeners on Spotify but earning more money from having 1000 people subscribe to pictures of your feet.
This means that Allen is making around £8,000 a month from OnlyFans.
"Don’t hate the player, hate the game."
Fans were shocked by her admission as one said: "Lily I am going to listen to ur music RIGHT NOW u icon."
Allen was inspired to set up the OnlyFans account after she was told by a fan that her feet had a ‘five star rating’ on Wikipedia.
Speaking on the podcast, she said: “I have a lady that comes and does my nails and they informed me that I have five stars on WikiFeet which is quite rare, but yes, my feet are rated quite highly on the internet.
“The lady said I could make a lot of money from selling foot content on OnlyFans.”
Her husband, Stranger Things actor David Harbour was apparently cautious at first but is now on board with the idea.
Allen said: “He thinks it’s great. At first, he was like, not turned on, but he was like, ‘Is this a kink for you?’ and I was like, ‘No, it’s totally not a kink.’”
Allen did add that she feels ‘empowered’ from setting up the account.
She said: “I’m finding this quite empowering because having been sexualised from a very early age and literally everyone else profiting from that sexualisation, it is actually really fun to be in power and in control.
“I know where it ends. It ends in the same place that it starts - it’s only feet. I’ve got very strict guidelines.
“Believe me, these guys are all up in my DMs telling me they want bespoke content and asking me for all kinds of crazy stuff, and I take such pleasure in saying, ‘Only feet.’”
