It's taken decades, but could Aniston and Schwimmer be dating?

Almost thirty years after they coupled on the show, Friend's stars Jennifer Aniston and David Schwimmer have reportedly 'grown close' again.


Aniston's depiction of Rachel Green skyrocketed her career all the way to Hollywood, starring in flicks like Marley & Me, Horrible Bosses, and Just Go With it. Alongside Aniston, Schwimmer played Ross Geller. Their on-again off-again relationship was a staple of the show throughout its tenure, but perhaps after all these years, the magic is still lingering.


During the HBO reunion show, the pair admitted that the timing was never right to pursue anything in the real world. Of course, Aniston would go on to date Brad Pitt and John Mayer. Following the reunion of the show this year, insiders told Closer magazine that the pair have been spending lots of time together at Aniston's LA home.

“I had a major crush on Jen,” Schwimmer confessed during the HBO special in May.

Jennifer then replied: "It was reciprocated.”


Schwimmer continued: "We were both crushing hard on each other, but it was like two ships passing. One of us was always in a relationship and we never crossed that boundary."

A source told Closer magazine: "After the reunion, it became clear that reminiscing over the past had stirred up feelings for both of them and that chemistry they’d always had to bury was still there.

"They began texting immediately after filming and, just last month, David flew from his home in New York to see Jen in LA."


The unnamed source continued: "They’ve been spending time at Jen’s home, where she’s cooked dinners in the evenings, and have enjoyed quality time together, chatting and laughing.

"They were also spotted drinking wine, deep in conversation, as they walked around one of Jen’s favourite vineyards in Santa Barbara, where it was clear there was lots of chemistry between them.”
