Jackass star Bam Margera ‘fighting for life on ventilator’

The star is said to have been admitted to hospital earlier this week

Bam Margera is reportedly on a ventilator in hospital fighting for his life after catching covid. The Jackass star is reportedly battling pneumonia after he was admitted to a hospital in San Diego, California, earlier this week. According to TMZ, the 43-year-old tested positive for coronavirus while there. The publisher quoted sources as saying Bam is now on a ventilator and is being treated in ICU. He also had his own spin-off Viva La Bam. Bam has been in and out of rehab this year after he had completed a one-year treatment program for drug and alcohol abuse. TMZ reported that during one of these stints, he befriended an attorney who convinced him he could get him out of the court-ordered treatment. Since then, the publisher noted that the star has been seen partying in Atlanta and Las Vegas. The news comes after his pal Jackass' Steve-O recently revealed that he "still beats himself up" over his split with Stacey Solomon.
