During the interview, Cunningham gives his opinion on a plethora of fan theories and it’s a really interesting watch.
This being said, one question managed to provoke the star of The Guard and The Wind that Shakes the Barley into revealing an uncomfortable truth about Arya Stark.
During the Q&A session, Cunningham’s asked: “After their ruse with Littlefinger, Sansa and Arya will continue to have Ocean’s Eleven-style capers to punish Westeros’ slimiest characters.”
Here’s what he jokingly had to say: “Let me throw something out to you people. There’s a lot of young ladies I speak to and when I say ‘what do you think of the ladies?’ (in Game of Thrones) they say ‘Arya (Maisie Williams’ character) is such a great role model.’ I go ‘yeah ok, let me stop you there. She’s a serial killer!’. A lot of young ladies are using her as a role model, in five-ten years time, let’s not examine where that might go!’
Maybe Arya will be adding the name of Ser Davos to her list?
