Holidays are usually meant to be relaxing and enjoyable, but if your definition of a fun holiday is plotting your way out of Jigsaw’s death traps or fighting for your life like Katniss Everdeen did then Lionsgate Movie World is just the thing for you.

We already have Disneyland, Universal Studios and Paramount’s new theme park in the UK, but Entertainment Weekly have reported that Lionsgate will be opening a new theme park in South Korea and some of your favourite films are going to feature heavily.

Dubbed Lionsgate Movie World, the park will be a part of the complex at South Korea’s Jeju Shinhwa World – a massive entertainment property that sprawls over 20-million square feet.

The main attraction though is the immersive and interactive film worlds that will be on offer. Trust us, they’ve got some doozys!

Fancy taking part in The Hunger Games and seeing how well you could do for your district? We’re fairly certain that you won’t have to kill anyone or fight an oppressive regime, but there must be some very cool weaponry and action involved!

What about the potential to live in your own personal Saw nightmare? Can you outwit Jigsaw and escape from one of his nightmarish traps before the clock runs out?

This could be very intense and gory!

According to the park’s website, there will be seven themed worlds in total and they’re going to include; The Hunger Games, Now You See Me, Divergent, Saw, The Cabin In The Woods, The Twilight Saga and the upcoming film Robin Hood.

Cabin in the Woods?!?!? Cabin in the WOODS! That’s like one gigantic horror funderland that’s filled with zombies, vampires, demons, serial killers, ghosts, werewolves, spiders, snakes, goblins and every other horrific creature imaginable…including the merman!

If you fancy heading along, you’ve some time to save your money because the park isn’t scheduled to open until 2019.

Add it to your list of holiday destinations. If you’re heading along, we salute you.
