Ed Sheeran ‘rushed to hospital’ after being knocked off bike in London

Ed Sheeran is recovering after being knocked off his bike in London.

The singer is believed to have broken his right arm in the accident, and was reportedly 'rushed to hospital' shortly after it. The 26-year-old has since reassured fans that his injuries aren't too serious in an Instagram post shared on Monday. He did add, however, that this may have an impact on some of his upcoming shows.

Sheeran was scheduled to fly to Asia later this week to start his tour of the continent. This update has now cast doubt on the early stages of the tour, which was set to start with a concert at Taipei's Nangang Exhibition Hall on Sunday night. Concerts in the Japanese city of Osaka and South Korean capital, Seoul, were also set to take place next week.
