Technological singularity is the term for when artificial intelligence gets to the point where it rapidly becomes more clever than its creators, and probably destroys the human race. It’s a plot point in many a science fiction film, but many worry that it could genuinely happen.
Well, we regret to inform you that it has started. Someone has build a backflipping Terminator that is definitely going to kill us all.

The robot 5ft tall robot, named Atlas, has been built Boston Dynamics. The robotics company are known for their incredible – and often terrible prototype robots. They’ve also built robot dogs:
And wildcats.
And 6ft 5 wheeled nightmares.
