The new model has a 6.9 inch screen compared to S24's 6.8 inch screen, while the memory is the same at 12GB and storage at 256GB on both.

Visually the S25 has seen its sharp edges rounded off and its titanium frame flattened, plus it's the thinnest one yet at 8.2mm down from 8.6mm.
