Apple is urging users of its products to install its "important" latest iOS update.
On 7 November, the tech giant released the iOS 17.1.1 update - stating that it provided bug fixes for iPhones, including for the following:
"In rare circumstances, Apple Pay and other NFC features may become unavailable on iPhone 15 models after wireless charging in certain cars.
"Weather Lock Screen widget may not correctly display snow."
However, weeks later on 30 November, Apple has provided another update titled iOS 17.1.2 which it said "provides important security fixes and is recommended for all users".
Apple also made security notes available to accompany its latest update, which outlined two fixes for its web browser engine WebKit.
Available to read here, the notes state that processing web content "may disclose sensitive information" and "may lead to arbitrary code execution".
No new features are included with iOS 17.1.2, which can be downloaded by going to the software update function in the iPhone's settings app.
