Amazon has launched its first big tech sale of 2025 and it includes the lowest price ever for the Fire Stick.
Fire Sticks are a handy bit of technology for those who love streaming and sport. They can be loaded with streaming service apps including Netflix, Apple TV, Disney+ and Amazon Prime Video and plugged into any TV with a USB port.
The latest generation of Fire Stick comes in a couple of different variations and the HD model is the cheapest price ever at just £29.99, down from £39.99.
The HD version lets you stream in full HD and connects to Alexa voice control via your remote. It is the cheapest Fire Stick in the range and is now at its cheapest ever price in 2025.
An even better value deal can be found in the 4K version of the Fire Stick. Priced at just £39.99, down from £59.99 and it adds high quality 4K streaming, WiFi 6 support for more seamless streaming, and support for Dolby Vision, HDR10+ and immersive Dolby Atmos audio.
Amazon has also cut the price of the range-topping Fire Stick 4K Max, which adds WiFi 6E support and double the storage of a standard 4K Fire Stick at 16GB. The Max is also the only streaming device with support of the Xbox app. It is priced at £49.99, down from £69.99.
Fire Sticks are not the only things Amazon has discounted in its big tech sale of 2025. Fire TVs are also reduced, with 32” Fire TVs cut to just £149.99 and 40” versions priced at £179.99.
Amazon has also cut the price of the Echo Spot, the smart alarm clock. It has been reduced from £79.99 to £59.99. The smart alarm clock can play podcasts, music and audio books using voice controls. It can be set to wake you up with sound, weather reports or music.
Amazon will hold two more major sales in 2025. The first is likely to take place in July when Amazon Prime Day takes place. The second will be in November for Black Friday - labelled the biggest online sale day of the year.
