Xabi Alonso's time at Liverpool is remembered fondly by the club's supporters, most of which were disappointed to see him leave for Real Madrid in 2009.
The Spaniard has recently been discussing his future and admitted that he still has no idea where he will be playing next season.
Alonso is in the final year of his contract at Bayern Munich, and has yet to give any indication of whether he will remain with the German champions.
The Anfield Champions League hero has been wishfully linked with a move back to Liverpool on several occasions in recent years but, asked by Goal.com if he would consider a second spell on Merseyside, Alonso said: "At the moment I am focused on the season and Bayern.
"I don't know what is going to happen in [the] future but hopefully I will know soon."
So you're saying there's a chance, Xabi?
