Could United prise him away from Liverpool?
Sergej Milinković-Savić is in flying form this season. Having already scored seven goals in 19 appearances, the midfielder has been crucial to Lazio's excellent form this season which has seen them rise to third in Serie A, above Roma and Inter Milan.
Liverpool have been linked with the player, to the delight of many of their fans who have had the chance to see him in action.

He'd no doubt be a good addition to Liverpool's squad alongside Naby Keita who will arrive at Anfield from RB Leipzig in the summer. But Liverpool are not the only club interested in the Serbian international. Manchester United have also reportedly been keeping tags on the all action midfielder, and some United have a 'secret weapon' up their sleeve that could prise him away from Liverpool.
The player's younger brother, 6ft 8 goalkeeper Vanja Milinković-Savić, is a big United fan and actually signed for the Red Devils in 2014 but didn't end up joining the club due to work permit problems.
Time will tell whether this connection will scupper a potential move to Liverpool. Of course, many of Europe's elite clubs are keeping an eye on the player. Talents like this don't come around often.
