Once we got an email address, we knew we had to apply. But what was the best way to stand out from the crowd?
What could we offer that Wilmots couldn't?
After hours of deliberation, we cracked it. Unlike the former boss, we have a basic grasp of what a full-back is.
Wilmots spent much of his time using the likes of Jan Vertonghen, Toby Alderweireld, Thomas Vermaelen and Lauent Ciman either side of his two central defenders. Talented footballers, sure, but full-backs they are not.

So it was settled.
We knew exactly what we needed to do to land the job. Hell, we didn't even attach a CV. They know what they're getting with us.
Wish us luck. Not that we'll need it.
