The killer instinct possessed by both men has made them must-see television and they lived up to the hype in Las Vegas.
And with undefeated records on the line, it was Team Alpha Male's Garbrandt who came out on top.
Garbrandt was unranked at bantamweight when he made the walk to the Octagon but he's bound to shoot up the rankings when they're updated early this week.
