The judges were none too impressed, themselves, as all seven scored Zakharov 0.0. That's what happens when you go for a 3.4 difficulty dive that includes a two-and-a-half somersault. He's not the only Russian athlete causing a splash (sorry) at the Rio Games for the wrong reasons. His terrible 0.0 dive was matched by Nadezhda Bazhina, a 28-year-old with 14 European Championship medals to her name. She had an Olympic Games to forget when she made an absolute balls-up of her dive in the 3m springboard. Apparently, Bazhina's foot slipped at the crucial time and then she ended up hitting the water flat on her back. https://youtu.be/dJE6xNSAg58 Read more:Is this the worst dive you have ever seen? #rio2016 #diving https://t.co/jA1NZgJEDs
