The Barcelona striker has become infamous for his often unsavoury on-pitch "interactions" with opponents but he displayed a gentler side during an appearance at a charity event for the book Relatos Solidarios del Deporte. Suarez discussed a meeting earlier that day with a young Barcelona supporter suffering from Phenylketonuria, a metabolic disorder often referred to as PKU.
