The Notorious is encouraging you to enter "The 13th Jockey" online sweepstakes competition, and he is doing so the only way he knows how to, by given you a verbal smack down. The video includes such motivational lines as "Hey couch potato, enter the contest. It's the closest you'll ever get to being in a race" and "Quit watching cat videos in your mother's basement and enter the sweepstakes. Just think, you could buy yourself a life."
