Gary and Phil Neville will be generally pleased with tonight's work for Valencia.

The most famous brothers to play for Manchester United were announced as the club's new management ticket earlier this week to much surprise. Gary's first game in charge will be in the Champions League next week against Lyon, which left Phil alone to face the might of Barcelona at the Mestalla Stadium. It was a daunting debut for the younger Neville and one that looked like it was not going to begin well when Luis Suarez opened the scoring in the 58th minute
But Valencia didn't give up, and held on against the champions until a long ball up top was controlled by Paco Alcacer, who then teed up Santi Mina to rifle home the equaliser in the 88th minute.
